ORDERING & SHIPPING
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:

These estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days depending on the carrier.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers based on product availability. These may include both United States and international facilities to ensure efficient delivery.
Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
Please contact our team at support@parker-hayes.com to request a return. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your request is submitted.
Certain items such as final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending any returns so we can ensure your return is processed correctly.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Do you offer a European Union cooling-off period?
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

What if my package is delayed?
Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, customs inspections, or carrier issues. If you believe your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist using the latest carrier information available.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can assist with cancellations within the first 24 hours after an order is placed. If your order is already processing or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may still initiate a return once the item arrives.
